Why am I sharing this info?
Even as a child, I noticed how sensitive I was to my environment. While my brother seemed to thrive on robust genes and could remain healthy regardless of poor eating habits, I would get sick or get better depending on my food, surroundings, and stress levels. This led me to a simple but profound goal: to understand what was truly affecting my health so that I could live a long and happy life.
Thus began my obsession with scientific research on nutrition and longevity. After countless hours spent compiling and analyzing information, I realized I could share what I'd learned to help others improve their quality of life. This is where I'll be sharing the insights I've gathered—so you can benefit from the research without having to spend the hours yourself.

About Me
Even as a child, I noticed how sensitive I was to my surroundings. While my brother seemed to thrive no matter what he ate, my own health rose and fell depending on food, stress, and environment. This early awareness planted a lifelong curiosity about what truly affects our well-being.
That curiosity turned into a wake-up call when I neared my thirties. A few years into my career as a software engineer, I had gained unhealthy weight and felt my health slipping away. After working with a primary care physician who encouraged a holistic approach, I began keeping a food journal. To my surprise, I discovered that some of the foods I’d eaten all my life were actually making me sick — a few mildly, and some quite seriously. Avoiding those foods helped me shed unhealthy weight and sparked a deeper determination to understand how choices shape health.
Since then, I’ve spent countless hours digging into scientific research on nutrition, longevity, and lifestyle. What I’ve learned has reshaped my own life, and I realized that sharing these insights could help others live healthier, happier lives — and perhaps even avoid the heavy financial toll that serious illness often brings.
This blog is where I share those lessons in a way that saves you the time and overwhelm of sifting through endless research. My hope is that you’ll find encouragement here, whether you’re just starting to think about your health or already well along your own journey.
Most of all, I’d love for this to be a space where we can learn from one another. I invite you to share your own experiences so we can all grow stronger together. After all, it’s never too late to take charge of your health — and sometimes, the journey is easier when we walk it side by side.
